How do I order products directly from Absolute Apparel?
To purchase directly from Absolute Apparel, you must be a qualified Decorator, Embroiderer, Manufacturer, Screen-printer or any type of business that uses the garments that we sell. If you are one of the above then you must complete and return the credit application form available from this site to open an account. If you do not qualify for an account please contact our customer service department for assistance.

What is your minimum order?
We accept all size orders, no minimum amount required.

What are your hours of business
Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30

Can I collect from your warehouse?
Orders may be picked up. Please call us to make arrangements. Cash will be accepted for pickup orders. We also accept credit cards, or you can obtain credit terms, if qualified.

What are Carton, Pack and Single Prices?
Carton Price
Whatever portion of an order that is shipped in solid case packing will qualify for case pricing. (Where a standard case pack is one dozen or less, you must purchase one dozen or more to qualify for case price.) If an order is placed not in solid case quantities, any quantity qualifying for case price will be billed as case. The remaining quantities will fall to the next appropriate price category.

Dozen/Pack Pricing
Dozen/Pack pricing is applicable when product is ordered in dozen/pack per size per colour categories.

Piece Pricing
All Items may be purchased individually at piece price.

Volume Pricing
Larger volume orders will be quoted individually, please call 0800 408 5511

Do you carry backorders?
All items out of stock will be advised at time of dispatch, where you can decide whether to leave the item on backorder or cancel. Backorders are not subject to carriage charges.

Shrinkage/Colour Variations:
Because of the varied methods of cleaning and laundering various garments, we will not guarantee our fabrics against shrinkage. We use every method to hold shrinkage to a minimum. Therefore we cannot accept responsibility for the products after dyeing or cleaning. We also cannot guarantee that the colours of the garments will be identical each time and/or batch. Due to manufacturing process there is always a colour variation with each batch of merchandise.

To Fit Measurements
All measurements quoted are the aproximate size a garment is intended to fit. It is not the actual measurement. As fittings are quite subjective it is advised this is carefully checked prior to bulk purchase, as it is not possible to return goods once the have been decorated.

Do I need to take any security precautions when using Absolute Apparel's site?
Security begins with the user. DO NOT share your Username or Password with anyone. Only authorised employees should use the registration links. Sharing your access with anyone other than your employees may compromise your private account information.

What is your returns policy?
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation. Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. Defective merchandise must have tape placed over flaw before returning. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. All refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to transportation charges. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No goods will be accepted after two weeks from the date of invoice. On orders delivered to parties other than the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy of style, colour, size and quantity with the consignee prior to decorating. Absolute Apparel cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer.
